| Additional Technical Support – $75 per hour
As we all know, involving a computer makes anything more complicated. All our hosting plans come standard with technical support included, but if you’ve exhausted all the time included in your hosting plan and still need help, we’ll be glad to assist. Support issues determined to be related to problems on our end are not considered billable. |
| Emergency Anytime Support – $150.00 per hour
Although we readily assist with any issues involving our equipment no matter the time of day, an emergency support request which is found to be a user or PC issue will incur charges. For help determining whether an issue is related to your connection or computer, please visit our emergency support page. |
